Amsterdam WinterFest Sponsored by Alpin Haus

Amsterdam, NY: The City of Amsterdam and the Amsterdam Tourism, Marketing & Recreation Department presents WinterFest Sponsored by Alpin Haus on Saturday, February 15th at the Alpin Haus Ice Skating Rink located at Veterans Park in Amsterdam starting at 12pm.

Mayor Michael Cinquanti stated, “I can think of no better way to spend a crisp winter day than combining ice skating fun with music and free food! Thank you, Alpin Haus, and The Amen Place Soup Kitchen for making Amsterdam’s 2025 WinterFest possible!”

The day will feature free Skate Rentals courtesy Cahill’s Sporting Goods of Troy, music, smores to go, 2025 RV, giveaways, hot chocolate and coffee courtesy of Alpin Haus.

We’ll be cooking up some free hot dog, hamburgers and drinks courtesy The Amen Place Soup Kitchen of Amsterdam New York. We will be giving away free winter coats courtesy of our Operation Bundle Up program sponsored by MVP Health Care. Spend a fun winter day with us at Veterans Parks.
