Cornell Cooperative Extension Upcoming Agricultural Events

There are roughly 4,000 farms located in the six counties of the Mohawk Valley. Farmers and farm families across the region work hard every day to produce the best locally grown meats, poultry, dairy, and other farm products for us to eat and serve our families.

To help local farmers stay up to date with important agricultural information, the Cornell Cooperative Extension provides many resources throughout the year.

Many of these resources are either free or at low costs to farmers thanks to generous sponsors who help fund these programs. Here are some upcoming events designed to support local farms across the region.

The Erie Canalway National Heritage Corridor has reopened applications for Mohawk Valley Historic Rural Revitalization Grant Program through June 30, 2025, or until all remaining funds are awarded.
