Montgomery County Personnel Officer Honored with Statewide Recognition

FONDA—Montgomery County Personnel Officer Nicole Yaggle has been recognized by the New York State Association of Personnel and Civil Service Officers with the 2025 Merit Fitness Award, a prestigious honor given to those who demonstrate outstanding commitment to excellence in civil service administration.

Yaggle was formally presented with the award during the Association’s annual conference held in Saratoga Springs on June 2. The Merit Fitness Award recognizes a civil service administrator or public official whose exemplary service strengthens the foundation of New York’s merit system and who demonstrates unwavering dedication to the mission and values of NYSAPCSO. The award honors both professional excellence and deep personal commitment to public service, as outlined in Article V, Section 6 of the New York State Constitution.
