This year’s Little Falls Canal Celebration is packed with activities, parades, fireworks, special events,Little Falls Historical Society self-guided tours, and so much more!

The Annual Canal Celebration, spanning 38 years, represents our recognition of the community, heritage, and the spirit that makes Little Falls a unique place in the Mohawk Valley. Canal Celebration has welcomed thousands of visitors to Little Falls, attending dozens of family-oriented community programs held throughout the week. These programs are made possible through the dedicated efforts of approximately a hundred-plus individuals representing local Organizations, Businesses, and Industries, as well as the City of Little Falls employees. Highlights

• Wednesday – Pulled Pork, Duck Dash, music by The Valley Rockers from 6pm until dark, with fireworks at dark.
• Thursday – Fishing Derby from 5-8pm, Mike’s Cruise-In Dj & Car Show, parade, along with the Little Falls Library Annual Book sale.
• Friday – Grande Parade at 6pm, tours of Little Falls, events at Eastern Park, and lots of music at multiple locations throughout the day.
• Saturday – Events all day throughout the city including Canal Place and Ward Square, Little Falls Historical Society Museum tours including self-guided tours, vendors, tractor pull and Golf Tournament, with food by Chicks Along the Canal, and so much more.
• Sunday – Canal Celebration Car Show, Eastern Park Expo, vendors and so much more.
